[ 3卷份 ]
白飯 Steamed rice—大約300g

[ 壽司醋 ]
白醋 White vinegar-1大匙
砂糖 Sugar-1大匙
鹽巴 Salt-1/2小匙

酪梨 Avocado—1/2個
檸檬汁 Lemon juice--少許
雞蛋 Egg—1個
砂糖 Sugar—1/2小匙
鹽巴 Salt-1撮

雞腿肉 Chicken thigh—1片
清酒 Sake-1大匙
味淋 Mirin—1大匙
醬油 Soy sauce-1大匙

海苔片 Seaweed—1.5張
美乃滋 Mayonnaise---少許

【 裝便當注意點 】
裝便當盒裡面時候要特別注意衛生面!
注意1: 食物要全熟
-肉,魚,都要全熟,尤其是絞肉,蛋類容易壞掉特別要小心!
注意2: 食物要冷卻後再裝
-食物還熱,直接放在便當盒的話,盒子內會太燜。食物容易壞掉。
做好的料理先放在盤子上冷卻後再裝
或裝在便當盒裡後不要馬上蓋起來。等到食物完全冷卻後再蓋起來。
注意3: 不要放太熱的地方,尤其是夏天最好跟保冷劑一起放在保冷袋子。
